Creative Momaa offers kidswear, co-ord sets, T-shirts, custom outfits, tailor-made dresses, festive wear, and related clothing products. Product images shown on the website are for reference purposes. Slight differences in color, fabric texture, print placement, embroidery, finishing, or fit may occur due to lighting, screen settings, handmade work, customization, and production variations.

Customers are responsible for providing correct details while placing an order, including name, phone number, email address, delivery address, size, measurements, customization details, and any special instructions. Creative Momaa will not be responsible for delays, failed delivery, or fitting issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

For custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products, production may begin only after order confirmation and payment. Once confirmed, such orders cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is a wrong product, damaged product, missing item, or major manufacturing defect.

Prices shown on the website are in Indian Rupees and may be changed without prior notice. An order is confirmed only after successful payment. Creative Momaa reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, incomplete customer information, suspected misuse, or any other unavoidable reason. If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, the eligible refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

Customers must not misuse the website, copy product images or content without permission, attempt fraudulent transactions, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Creative Momaa is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, public holidays, natural events, strikes, incorrect address details, or circumstances beyond our control.
