Creative Momaa ships products across serviceable locations in India through trusted courier partners.

Order processing time may vary depending on the type of product. Ready-to-ship products are usually processed within 2–4 working days. Custom-made, personalized, tailor-made, or made-to-order products may take 7–15 working days or more, depending on the design, size, fabric availability, customization, and production requirements.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on the customer’s location and the courier partner’s timeline.

Customers will receive shipping or tracking details once the order is dispatched, wherever applicable.

Customers are requested to provide the correct name, phone number, complete address, landmark, city, state, and pin code while placing the order. Creative Momaa will not be responsible for delays, failed delivery, or return-to-origin cases caused by incorrect or incomplete customer details.

Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, remote location restrictions, incorrect address details, or other unavoidable situations beyond our control.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.
